TWO HORNS LIKE A LAMB

    "What nation of the New World was in 1798 rising into power, giving promise of strength and greatness, and attracting the attention of the world?  The application of the symbol admits of no question.  One nation, and only one, meets the specifications of this prophecy; it points unmistakably to the United States of America.  Again and again the thought, almost the exact words, of the sacred writer have been unconsciously employed by the orator and the historian in describing the rise and growth of this nation.  The beast was seen  'coming up out of the earth'; and according to the translators, the word here rendered  'coming up' literally signifies  'to grow or spring up as a plant'.  And, as we have seen, the nation must arise in territory previously unoccupied.  A prominent writer, describing the rise of the United States, speaks of  'the mystery of her coming forth from vacancy,' (The New World Compared with the Old, by G. A. Townsend) and says, 'Like a silent seed we grew into an empire'.  A European journal in 1850 spoke of the United States as a wonderful empire, which was 'emerging', and 'amid the silence of the earth daily adding to its power and pride'. The Dublin Nation.  Edward Everett, in an oration on the Pilgrim founders of this nation, said: 'Did they look for a retired spot, inoffensive for its obscurity, and safe in its remoteness, where the little church of Leyden might enjoy the freedom of conscience?  Behold the mighty regions over which, in peaceful conquest, . . . they have borne the banners of the cross! (Speech delivered at Plymouth Mass., Dec. 22, 1824, p. 11)

   "'And he had two horns like a lamb'.  The lamb-like horns indicate youth, innocence, and gentleness, fitly representing the character of the United States when presented to the prophet as  'coming up' in 1798.  Among the Christian exiles who first fled to America, and sought an asylum from royal oppression and priestly intolerance, were many who determined to establish a government upon the broad foundation of civil and religious liberty.  Their views found place in the Declaration of Independence, which sets forth the great truth that  'all men were created equal', and endowed with the inalienable right to 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness'.  And the Constitution guarantees to the people the right of self-government, providing that representatives elected by the popular vote shall enact and administer the laws.  Freedom of religious faith was also granted, every man being permitted to worship (YAH) according to the dictates of his conscience.  Republicanism and Protestantism became the fundamental principles of the nation.  These principles are the secret of its power and prosperity.  The oppressed and down-trodden throughout (religiondom) have turned to this land with interest and hope.  Millions have sought its shores, and the United States has risen to a place among the most powerful nations of the earth." Great Controversy p. 440, 441

   This lamb like beast has grown up, it has become a RAM, it pushes with its power so that no beast might stand before him, neither is there any that deliver out of his hand.  This ram does according to his will, and is become great!  As John continued describing the beast said he "spake as a dragon.  And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed; and . . . saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword and did live." Revelation 13:11-14

   "The 'speaking' of the nation is the action of its legislative and judicial authorities.  By such action it will give the lie to those liberal and peaceful principles which it has put forth as the foundation of its policy.  The prediction that it will speak  'as a dragon', and exercise  'all the power of the first beast', plainly foretells a development of the spirit of intolerance and persecution that was manifested by the nations represented by the dragon and the leopard-like beast.  And the statement that the beast with two horns  'causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast', indicates that the authority of this nation is to be exercised in enforcing some observance which shall be an act of homage to the papacy."  IF YOU'RE A PATRIOT

   Once I attended a patriot meeting in Dallas Texas, my purpose was to pass out America In Prophecy  & National Sunday Law books.  I figured such would find them interesting.  Next morning I heard a helicopter coming from a way off.  It was headed straight over our house, and flying extremely low.  I remember it like yesterday.  We wondered if it would attack, we wondered if dooms day had come.  Since that time, every once in a while helicopters would circle our home and head straight back to whence they came.  Strange!  It became obvious to me that because of my attendance at the patriot meeting, that I had been profiled and put on a bad list, of people to watch and keep tabs on.  I was already on one of the lists.  So what does the Bible say about Patriots, and the message for them?

   The Scripture says that this nation which came up like a lamb would begin to "speak as a dragon" Rev. 13:11.  That this nation would no longer speak according to constitutional principles, but devilish principles.  If your a patriot and subscribe to certain monthly periodicals, you are probably being profiled.  Another group they watch are disfellowshipped Seventh-day Adventists.  Because usually these kind are anti-New World Order, anti-catholic.  These speak out to others warning them of the Mark of the Beast.  You don't get disfellowshipped for open sin anymore.

   This thing that happened in New York City was planned in order to get certain laws passed.  It worked!  It had to take something big, to take down something big, like the Constitution.  The Devil will go to any length to get this done, for it stands in his way.

   Satan wants worship!  This is the reason he got booted out of heaven.  Obedience is the highest form of worship.  So Satan must have an unconstitutional law for you to OBEY, so he can receive worship.  THE NATIONAL SUNDAY LAW!  YAHUSHUA never made Sunday a holy day.  No where in Scripture!  Shabbat is the 7th day.  Ask any Jew which day of the week is the 7th day.

   "All that dwell upon the earth shall worship (obey) him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

   "If any man have an ear, let him hear.  He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.  Here is the patience and faith of the saints." Revelation 13:8-10

   The Ram is at odds with Patriots!  They want to lead them into captivity, or concentration camps.  And kill those who will not take the Mark of the Beast (Rev 13:15).  Just as ancient Babylon carried the Jews away captive, and the kings of the east came and led Babylon into captivity and killed with the sword, which the anointed Cyrus was a type of YAHUSHUA and crew, which are todays Kings of the east coming to carry modern Babylon into captivity and kill with the Sword of His mouth.  Who is able to make war with the beast?

            YAHUSHUA is able!  (Revelation 19:11-15)
