THE FATHER The Father "is a consuming fire." Hebrews 12:29. The Father has always existed, this is also the reason why He is called the "Ancient of Days" Dan. 7:22. He has always been and will always be. His name simply describes who He is. YAHUWAH meaning I AM THAT I AM Exodus 3:14, which is more accurately explained Self Exists who Self Exists, John words it this way, "which was, and is, and is to come." Revelation 4:8 (see marginal note on Revelation 1:4). The Father is un-begotten! There never was a time when He was not. Also the Saviour testified that the Father "is a Spirit." John 4:25, meaning that He is a spirit being. Because the angels are spirits also, as saith the Scriptures, "Who maketh His angels spirits; His ministers a flaming fire." Psalm 104:4 However, even a spirit being has a body! Which text in Scripture tells us that the Father has a body? John 5:37, "Ye have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His shape." Obviously The Father has a shape. The Scriptures tell us that the Son is "the express image of His person." Heb. 1:3 (See also Col. 1:15 and II Corinthians 4:4). If we take the Scriptures serious as we should, then we must understand that the Father is 1000/0 male. We know this because YAHUSHUA the Son was 1000/0 male, as He was circumcised the eighth day according to the law of YAHUWAH (see Luke 2:21). The Father has a male feature, the beard, the Son had a beard. Like the mane on a lion, the antlers on a buck, the crown on a rooster, this feature tells us that He is male. "Elohim said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness." Genesis 1:26 (See also Gen. 5:1; 9:6; Col. 3:10; and James 3:9 ) Now if we take the Scriptures serious, as we should, then we must understand that the Father does not have a womb or any such chamber for carrying children. I Earl Allen am a male, I do not have a womb! I am made in the image of the Father and His Son according to Scripture (Gen. 1:26), I have never yet met a male that could give birth to a son in this sense of carrying a child in his womb for 9 months and then having the child come out from him in this way! Have you? Please answer me! We have a warped understanding of our heavenly Father. He is not half male and half female! He is not hermaphrodite! But Satan and other angels are! Many are as the woman of Samaria, the Saviour said to her, "Ye worship ye know not what." John 4:22. Many Christians have a weird understanding of what the Father is like! They believe that the Father literally gave birth to His Son. But the Son is the express image of His (the Father's) person. In other words the Son is just like His Father, He Himself said, "he that hath seen Me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, shew us the Father?" John 14:9. Did the Son have a womb or chamber to carry a child? You might say this is ridiculous of course, but when it comes to the Father whom the Son is the express image of we seem to think differently. He is not half male and half female. The Father gave to this world His only begotten Son, "For El so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16. His Son was begotten in heaven long before this world was even created, He is, "the firstborn of every creature." Colossians 1:15. The Father begat His Son in the same sense that "Abraham begat Isaac." Matthew 1:2 THE SON "Abraham begat Isaac." Matthew 1:2, these types pointed to the Father and Son. "For El so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16 The Son was begotten in heaven long before this world was even created, "Who is the image of the invisible El, the firstborn of every creature: for by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: and He is before all things and by Him all things consist, and He is the head of the body, the congregation: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in Him should all the fullness dwell." Colossians 1:15:19 John said, "All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made." John 1:3 The Saviour said, "he that hath seen Me, hath seen the Father." John 14:9. This does not mean that He is the Father, but that He is just like His Father. "Who is the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person." Heb. 1:3 Also, "Who, being in the form of El." Philippians 2:6 The Son is 100 percent male, as He was circumcised the eighth day according to the law of YAHUWAH (see Luke 2:21), also in that He had a beard. However the Son is different in one sense than the Father, the Father "is a Spirit." John 4:25. But the Son, since He was born to this world through Mary is no longer a spirit. He was in His preexistence, but now is no longer a spirit being, as the angels are, "Who maketh His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire." Hebrews 1:7. "For verily He took not on Him the nature of angels; but He took on Him the seed of Abraham." Hebrews 2:16 The Son is not a spirit as He Himself testified, "Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself: handle Me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones as ye see Me have." Luke 24:39 This means that YAHUSHUA cannot be the Holy Spirit, because He is not a spirit, as the Holy Spirit is literally a "spirit" being. Since it is the Son that created all things, and did the creating, He made man in His own image. See James 3:9. In summery the Son is literally the Son or offspring of the Father! THE HOLY SPIRIT Is the Holy Ghost a third person? YAHUSHUA in the New Testament said, "I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter." John 14:16. Notice the words "He shall give" implies that the Father is the one who gives as a gift this Comforter, so it cannot then be the Father Himself as some might think. If YAHUSHUA was the Comforter, which He was. Why then did He speak of "another" Comforter? He Himself cannot be that "other" Comforter! This should bring us to ask the question, Who comforted YAHUSHUA in the garden of Gethsemane just before the conflict? In Desire of Ages we are told that "the angel who had lately ministered to (YAHUSHUA) moved between Him and the mob. A divine light illuminated the Saviour's face, and a dovelike form overshadowed Him. In the presence of this divine glory, the murderous throng could not stand for a moment. They staggered back. Priests, elders, soldiers, and even Judas, fell as dead men to the ground. "The angel withdrew, and the light faded away." Desire of Ages p. 694 What we see from this account in Desire of Ages is that some "angel" comforted YAHUSHUA in the garden of Gethsemane that had a "dovelike" form. Could this be the actual presence of the Holy Spirit? It is a strong possibility, not to be overlooked! For at YAHUSHUA's baptism, "the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon Him." Luke 3:22. And I still say that YAHUSHUA could not have descended upon Himself, that is totally ridiculous! We learned in Scripture that the Father "is a Spirit" John 4:24, and also has a "shape" John 5:37. Now lets be consistent! Scripture also states that the Holy Spirit has a "bodily shape" Luke 3:22. The account we read in Desire of Ages told of a Ghost like being that overshadowed YAHUSHUA. The word Ghost is an accurate attempt to describe this being. A friendly Ghost that wants to help humans, and that is YAHUSHUA's representative. The Saviour testified in plain speech that the Holy Spirit has a "self", when He stated "for it shall not speak of itself." John 16:13. This Holy Ghost, Satan hates! Why? "The prince of the power of evil can only be held in check by the power of (Elohim) in the third person of the (Elohim), the Holy Spirit." Evangelism p. 617. Satan has no place to hide from this omnipresent being! "We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as (El) is a person, is walking through these grounds." Evangelism p. 616 Ellen G. White The Father is not the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit "maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of El." Romans 8:27. If the Holy Spirit were the Father, then the Father would be making intercession to Himself, which is ridiculous! Notice again from Scripture that the Holy Spirit has a self! "The Spirit itself beareth witness." Romans 8:16 "The Spirit itself maketh intercession." Romans 8:26. This makes people mad, but that's too bad! Have you not known by now that precious gems do not lie on the surface, they must be dug for as hidden treasure. Sort of like the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31 "Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all." Proverbs 31:10, 29 "For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of YAHUWAH. But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death." Proverbs 8:35, 36. "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of YAHUWAH" also. Proverbs 18:22 "O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart. "Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. "For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it." Proverbs 8:5, 10, 11. "For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and YAH-head; so that they are without excuse." Romans 1:20 So, what things made would help us clearly see and understand the Elohim? How about that which is made in the image of Elohim? Yes, "in the image of Elohim created He him; male and female created He them." Genesis 1:26 Adam was alone for awhile, just like the Father in the eons of eternity, "And YAHUWAH Elohim said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make an help meet for him. And YAHUWAH Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and He took the tsela(1) and closed up the flesh instead thereof; and the tsela which YAHUWAH Elohim had taken from man made He a woman(2), and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called, Woman, because she was taken out of Man." Genesis 2:18, 21-23 This which is in the image of Elohim, helps us clearly see and understand His eternal power and YAH-head, so that we are without excuse. The Holy Spirit was "brought forth" Proverbs 8:24, 25 from the side of the Father, as Eve was taken from the side of Adam, flesh of His flesh and bone of His bones, in otherwords of the same substance. The Fathers other half is the Holy Ghost, His help mate. "Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which YAHUWAH thy Elohim giveth thee." Exodus 20:12 (which is the first commandment with promise:) Ephesians 6:2. "In earth, as it is in heaven." Mt. 6:10 "Parents are entitled to a degree of love and respect which is do no other person. (Eloah) Himself, who has placed upon them a responsibility for the souls committed to their charge, has ordained that during the earlier years of life, parents shall stand in the place of (ELOHIM) to their children ... The fifth commandment requires children not only to yield respect, submission, and obedience to their parents but also to ... guard their reputation." Patriarchs & Prophets p. 308 However Ellen White upon this subject of the Holy Spirit said "silence is golden", Acts of Apostles pg 52. She said it for a reason, many of the folks do not have spiritual depth to be able to comprehend the deep things of Elohim
In summery, the Saviour comes to us through His representative, the Holy Spirit, which does not draw attention to itself, but to the Father and the Son. 1. Heb., tsela, Translated in KJV eleven times as "chamber" and twice as "rib". 2. Womb-man - See The Jewish Encyclopedia article, Adam Kadmon ('Er 18a, Gen R VIII) Historically Proverbs 8 was applied to the Son by Eusebius and others, but the fact is that it is referring to the Holy Spirit.
